Food Preserving at the Walled Garden

David Burridge and Dorienne Robinson will be running Part I of their Food Preserving programme on October 10 at the Walled Garden on the Doldowlod Estate, between Newbridge on Wye and Rhayader. Topics are
clamping, drying, salting, cellaring etc. plus what to sow for winter and what wild foods are available. Charge for the day is £25 per person, to include tea and coffee and soup and a roll for lunch. The day will run rain or shine and will have the use of the marquee.
