The new generation of farmers
A screening of the much acclaimed documentary about family farms,
"Tune for the Blood" will also give a chance to meet the director and young farmers from Herefordshire featured in the film. Sunday 23rd September: 2pm at Talgarth Town Hall (part of the 4th Hay Festival of British Cinema)
Average age of UK farmers is 58, with traditional family farms increasingly under threat. Tune for the Blood follows the lives of a new farming generation in Herefordshire over a year,
as they face the challenges of farming and keeping their communities alive. The film is a must for anybody interested in the future of farming and food. The screening will be followed by a Question and Answer session with the director and some of the young people in the film.
