Growing food in a changing climate

RESILIENCE GARDENING COURSE coming up, organised by Dyfi Land Share.
A six week course taught by Ann Owen of Einion's Garden. Join us for an exploration of how to grow food in our changing climate. From urban gardening and suitable plant varieties to local food coops and food security.

Week 1 - Thurs Sept 19th, 7pm - 9pm - The bigger picture, why 'resilience gardening'?
Week 2 - Sat Oct 5th, 10am - 1pm - Finding land and setting up - Field Trip
Week 3- Thurs Oct 17th, 7pm -9pm - What to grow? - plants and permaculture
Week 4- Thurs Oct 31st, 7pm - 9pm - Everywhere is a garden - urban gardening and adapting to changing ways of living
Week 5 - Thurs Nov 14th, 7pm - 9pm - Season extension and changing the growing conditions
Week 6 - Thurs Nov 28th, 7pm - 9pm - Foodwebs

Suitable for beginner and more experienced gardeners!
Only £30 for all six sessions, or half price for members (of Dyfi Land Share)!
Held in Machynlleth.
