A five day event that draws together all that is environmentally friendly and sustainable in Aberystwyth and the surrounding area. Come and celebrate with workshops, exhibitions, information exchange, entertainment, music and fun which is free and open to all so we can move toward a sustainable future.

Seedling Sunday in Machyntlleth

Memory Jog!

Seedling Sunday is on 15th May, 10.30am to 3pm, Ysgol Bro Ddyfi.
This year it is organised by 'This is Rubbish'. Hot place for surplus seedlings. Ideal way to give new stuff a try!

Conscious Oil: Myth and Mind in the Age of Petroleum

An arts and discussion event about creating a sustainable future, Camarthen

May 6th 2011 at 6.30 p.m.

Featuring art by Emily Johns, plus speakers, music, and discussion: The Ante-Chapel, University of Wales Trinity St. David, Carmarthen

The exhibition will take us on a journey through the story of oil. We will hear inspiring poetry, music and speakers and take part in a discussion about creating a sustainable future.

Help Permaculture in El Salvador

Feast for El Salvador - Saturday May 21

6.00 pm at Llwynbwch Barn, Llansadwrn

The Transition Town Llandeilo Permaculture Group is responding to a call for help from the Permaculture Institute of El Salvador.  They need to raise $10,000 by July in order to continue their amazing work – teaching and leading permaculture projects - in a land of great poverty which is already greatly affected by climate change.
