Bring and Take for Free in Presteigne

Cwm Harry is running Presteigne & Norton Zero Waste's Bring-Take Session 3 on Saturday 20 November at the playground by the Memorial Hall, Presteigne, 11am till 1pm. Bring anything [so long as it is complete/in working order] you don't want and take away whatever you can find a use for.

Hedge Laying Day at Llanwrthwl

A one day course covering the basics of cutting and laying a hedge.

Saturday, 6th November, 10 am to 4 pm.

At Hill View, Llanwrthwl, Nr. Rhayader.

Hedge Laying is an old country craft that is a fun and satisfying thing to do. It is also a practical and visually pleasing method of managing a hedge.

£15. Bring own lunch. Tea and coffee provided. Although some can be provided, please bring own gloves and safety glasses if you have them.
