On the 7th February 2011 Chris Huhne1 announced a comprehensive review of Feed in Tariffs2 to help ensure ‘investment certainty’. The statement cites ‘growing evidence that large scale solar farms could soak up money intended to help homes, communities and small businesses generate their own electricity’.
