If the TTIP goes ahead, as is being discreetly negotiated at present, it will make billions for the US global corporations and ruin our society, economy and environment in the process.

Latest from Lammas

We are still finishing off our little house and have been on the land a year now. The garden saw good yields this summer and we are currently bedding in for Autumn and hope to start a simple timber frame workshop soon, Our neighbours and friends are building a traditional timber frame barn with straw bale walls and lime plaster at the moment: if anyone is interested to help them in exchange for meals and good company, please ring Jane 07773 682688.

Jasmine and our neighbour, Jody, are running an 'Introduction to Permaculture' course on our plot and around the Lammas project on the 8th-11th October.

We feel Permaculture is a brilliant framework for self-builders and earth stewardship. This course will explain the basic principles behind Permaculture, and include practical sessions relevant to the season and some designing.  There will be lots of games, cake and time to explore the land.  The course is fully residential, with all bedding and meals provided, in the lovely farmhouse adjacent to Lammas.

Arrival is on Friday 8th during the afternoon, leaving after breakfast on Monday 11th. The weekend costs £185.  If anyone would really like to come but can't afford it please text us and we'll ring you back to arrange something.

You'll need to bring warm clothes, waterproofs and wellies.  The nearest train station is, CLUNDERWEN, Pembrokeshire, and is a request stop.  We'll pick you up as there is no bus to the village.

For more details or to book, please ring or text on 07773 372280.
