Finding Your Natural Singing Voice &

Introduction to the Shruti Box 10am-4pm (1hr lunch)

with Stefan Cartwright.

We are born to sing and yet for many of us the idea of singing freely and beautifully seems like a distant dream. This workshop explores the authentic singing voice and how the process of finding your voice can bring harmony into your life. Stefan will demonstrate different ways to use the Shruti Box as an accompaniment for the voice, meditation and creative music-making.

Stefan Cartwright is a Yoga teacher, instrument developer and natural voice practitioner. His interest in sound and listening as a vehicle for freedom has taken him to different musical worlds.

colour and light on a subject rather than the subject itself”

Soul Play - Sacred Sound Healing Retreat

with James Coombes and Val Harris

The intention of the retreat is to create a space for you to let go of what keeps you in your illusion of separateness and to awaken to the true reality of oneness. From this place of truth and essence we naturally express our creative energy. We will be using the mediums of sound journeying, dance, VortexHealing®, energy healing exercises, chi kung and creative art to facilitate this journey.

James and Val both work as Energy Healers and were trained at The School of Energy Healing founded by Marc Blausten who trained with Barbara Brennan. James also taught at the School for four years and is a practitioner of VortexHealing®, Jewel Level. Val used to own the Cedar House Gallery in

Ripley and ran art workshops there for eight years. She is presently studying and working with the Gong.

Price: £120 to include food and accommodation

Friday November 25 from 6pm, Saturday 26, to Sunday 27 - finish 4pm

Soul Play – The Healing Circle

With James Coombes and Val Harris

This will be a Retreat with Sound Journeying but in addition we will hold an all day Healing Circle on the Saturday. This is where we sit in a circle and people come into the circle one at a time to receive healing and work with their issues in a cathartic way if necessary - being witnessed in such a way is extremely powerful and transformational. This retreat will only be available to those who have already attended a retreat here at The Ton or those students who attended The School of Energy Healing.

Price: £120 to include food and accommodation
