Sustainable healthcare in Powys

A new website for sustainable healthcare has been launched by Rhayader based practitioner and long time Transition supporter Catherine Allen.

Mid Wales Therapies offers a range of therapies designed to restore a sense of wholeness, balance and wellbeing.

These treatments facilitate positive changes in lifestyle, emotions and physical health and are tailored to suit the client.  All consultations and treatments are confidential.

The therapies use skills which have been passed down for thousands of years. Their effective core techniques have been further developed to make them suitable for modern life.

Catherine offers a range of complementary therapies. Any course of treatment will be appropriately chosen to best help the client attain a sense of well being and peace. Treatments are tailored toindividual needs and offered in a safe and relaxing atmosphere.

Catherine Allen is a member of the NHS directory of complementary and alternative practitioners.  Learn more at:
