Keeping warm the eco way

“Feel the warmth”

Eco Homes this year is taking a new format. An event will be popping up near you over the winter.

So far we have a full day of talks and open homes in Newtown on Saturday 6th October. Venue to be confirmed, covering, Secondary Glazing, you won’t believe how simple it is to install, and is so good looking you can hardly see it.  Talks on Renewables especially solar hot water and a talk on ways of funding these projects, plus of course homes to visit.

In Presteigne, on Saturday 20th October, the focus will be log and pellet boilers. There will be a Q and A session on renewables, plus an intriguing talk on how they are storing their wood in the Czech Republic. Paradise Farmhouse have their own pellet boiler so a chance to see a working one. There will homes nearby to visit too.

The team looks forward to meeting you, and there will be a chance to see the Thermal Imaging camera in action “see the warmth” Book us to come and take some lovely snaps of your home showing how your warmth is escaping.

Coming soon to a place near you will be events covering Insulation, Wood, LOTS about wood, Lighting, Briquettes, walks, talks and of course there will be tea and cake.
